Stephanie Kelly exits Greenwheel
Stephanie Kelly has left her role as head of Greenwheel, the sustainability insights partner to asset manager Redwheel.
Kelly joined the business in 2022 to lead a team of sustainability experts providing climate, social and market insights, which would “power enhanced ESG, transition and sustainable funds at every stage of the product life cycle”. She was also head of thematic sustainability research at the firm.
In a LinkedIn post, Kelly said her last day at Greenwheel was in August. “When I joined to set up Greenwheel, the goal was to build something rigorous, transparent and evidence-based for clients at a time when sustainable investing was facing a serious reality check and I couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved in that time.
“A huge thank you to the many wonderful people at Redwheel and across the global responsible investing space that made this experience so intellectually rich, commercially exciting and professionally meaningful. I’m taking some time now to figure out what comes next – the adventure to come will have a lot to live up to after this one.”

Redwheel issued a statement to PA Future: “Stephanie has left Redwheel with our thanks for her significant contribution to the business. Greenwheel will continue to be an important part of our business with Paul Drummond continuing to lead our climate and environmental research and Jessica Wan leading our human rights research.”
Before joining Redwheel, Kelly spent eight years at Aberdeen as a political economist and as part of the macro ESG research team.
