MainStreet Partners founder to step down as CEO

Rodolfo Fracassi is stepping down from his role as CEO of MainStreet Partners after launching the business 17 years ago.

Neill Blanks (pictured), who joined the sustainable fund ratings and research business in 2020, will succeed him as CEO. He has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, including senior roles at Scroders and Dalton Strategic Partnership.

Commenting on the leadership transition, Blanks said: “It is an honour to take on the role of CEO of MainStreet Partners, a firm I deeply respect and have been proud to be a part of over the last five years. We’ll continue delivering trusted solutions to our clients while building new capabilities that keep us at the forefront of sustainability solutions for the financial industry.”
