The widely recognised award provides independent validation of Royal London’s responsible conduct. The certification signifies a commitment to profit and taxation transparency, compliance with the letter and spirit of tax law, and rejection of arrangements designed to reduce tax liabilities.
Paul Monaghan, CEO of the Fair Tax Foundation, said: “Royal London [has become] the largest financial institution anywhere in the world to secure the Fair Tax Mark. Their commitment to pay the right amount of tax, in the right place, at the right time, is a central component of cutting-edge responsible tax conduct.”
